NAVRATHRI MUSIC AND DANCE FESTIVAL to be held from October 11 to 19, 2018.
Conditions for Music Performances
- Each participant shall be allowed not more than 3 performances.
- Carnatic music, Hindustani Music, Light Music, Sopanasngeetham, Folksongs including Mappilappattu can be performed.
- Allowed to use instrumental support or Karaoke.
- instrumental music performances also permitted.
- Date- October 11 to 19
- Time- 8 AM to 5 PM
- Registration fee- Rs. 600 for selected participants.
Conditions for Dance Performances
- Each participant shall be allowed not more than 3 performances.
- Mohiniyattam, Bharathanatyam, Kuchippudi, and Folk dance performances allowed.
- Vocal artists or CDs may be taken along with.
- Green room, light and sound facilities will be provided.
- Date- October 11-19
- Time- 5:30PM to 10 PM
- Registration fee- Rs. 600 for selected participants.
Conditions for Group Performances
- Kaikottikkali, Group Dance, Oppana etc.. can be performed.
- Registration fee- Rs.200 per participant.
- Registration fees may be paid only with notification after the selection process.
- Canteen facility available.
- For stills and video, CDs Rs.500 to be paid in addition to registration fee.
- Registrations open globally.
- Separate must be done for both music and dance performances.
